Abstract

Based on a systematic analysis of the basic concepts, epidemiological characteristics, and transmission chains of foodborne diseases, this paper proposes multiple targeted countermeasures from the perspective of clinical prevention and control, including strengthening early identification and monitoring, improving reporting and early warning mechanisms, enhancing the prevention and control capabilities of primary medical institutions, strengthening health management for key populations, and promoting intelligent technology and information support. The aim is to establish a prevention and control model covering "early detection - early reporting - early intervention - full-process management".
